Hello, I have a CyberPower PC I am having some problems with. I will list my specs below. When i first got the PC I got up to 900 frames per second on Minecraft. Now its only every now and then I can hit 300. Sometimes it drops lower then 60 though in game lobbies with other players. I am not sure how much FPS I would get on GTA V when i first got it because I didn't have it then but now i am lucky to hit 40 fps with the settings as low as possible. One time i upgraded to windows 10 but didn't like it so tried to reset back and the PC froze up and wouldn't do anything I had to pay a computer repair service to fix it. After that he put Windows 8.1 Pro on it. It originally came with Windows 8 regular. Now if i try to factory reset the computer it says some media files are missing. Not sure what is wrong it used to be SUPER fast now still ok but not like it was.

Graphics Card - AMD R7 200 Series 2 GB
RAM - 8 GB
MEMORY - 2 TB
Processor - AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7 3.70 GHz
Not completely sure of the rest of the specs.
And yes I have overclocked the pc before.
