I have been wanting to get a custom loop for some time now and would like to get one very soon. I am new to custom loops and OCing. I want to cool my EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW, and my i7-7700k. Are there any good websites I can go to for buying parts and how do I confirm if a block fits my GPU? The other question I have is, as a first time OCer, how much should I overclock my CPU?

Regarding, "How Much Should I Overclock My CPU", it really depends on just how good the quality of the silicon is as to how far you'll get no matter what cooling you use. That's what we generally call, "The Luck of the Draw", unless of course you buy a pre-binned CPU guaranteed to run at a certain speed.

So long story short, you'll have to experiment and test to see how far you can actually get overclocking it, and as a first time overclocker you have some learning to do, are you up for that?

Here's a great place to start learning about water cooling.

You might want to give this a read too...

As far as the water block for the GTX 1070 you should find that here.

I have an EVGA Founder's Edition 1070 and using an EK full-cover block and running an i7 6700k with an older D-Tek CPU block with an 115x adapter plate.

Almost all (if not all) EVGA products are nVidia reference PCB, but you will want to check just to make sure.

+1 for Performance-PCs.com as I normally go there first before any other liquid cooling resource shop.

https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/ -> Good page for finding 'what fits', especially for EK products, but otherwise to determine if your card/etc is reference PCB or manufacturer customized.
