Im thinking about getting the cyber powerpc gamer extreme off Amazon for 700$. The specs are (Intel i5-7400 3.0GHz, AMD RX 580 4GB, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB 7200RPM HDD, WiFi, Win 10 Home). All I want is to get over 30fps on all games at 1080p will this be able to do that?

The Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1060 6GB are better than the i5 7400 and RX 580. However, this system is only a suggestion. It does not include WiFi or Windows 10.
