I want to get a 1070 ti, but I’m stuck between 2 choices. The EVGA FTW2 or the ASUS Strix ROG.

Both have what I’m looking for: RGB, relatively neutral color scheme, back plate, etc. I personally like the look of Strix better, but the EVGA card has 2 8 pin connectors compared to the solo 8 pin on the Strix. It worries me that the EVGA would outperform the Strix card because it can get more power. At the same time, I can find the Strix for around $20 cheaper. I also know the Strix has the ability to directly plug your case fans directly into the GPU, so the fans only use the speed they need. I’m not sure if the EVGA card has the same feature. I just want some advice on which one is the better choice, thanks.
