Computer build not posting

I just completed my first computer build and the CPU debug light is on solid and there is nothing on the display. How do I fix this?

AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
8GB x 2 G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 288-pin DDR4 2400
EVGA Geforce GTX 1060 sc gaming 6GB
EVGA Supernova G3 550
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SATA III SSD

Check your mobo manual. It should tell you what to check. What is your mobo, CPU and RAM?

I updated original post with specs. I cannot find anything in the manual to tell me what to check.

Here is link to Msi mobo manual. On page 36, it says CPU is not detected or failed. Did you plug in CPU power (I think it is two 4 pin).
