Yes, you should re install windows 10 64 bit. When it asks for key during installation, just skip it. It will pick up the key automatically by the time you reach the desktop.

You need to download the media creation toolkit from windows website. For windows 10 ISO download, just select the 64 bit version and you should be good. There is no upgrade unfortunately and you will need to do a clean install. Which means you should back up your data before you proceed. The article below is a good place to start reading if you don't know what you are doing. Good luck. :)

Your PC is very old and you may not be able to upgrade it. An overhaul makes more sense.

But, I would add more RAM to your system to see immediate benefits. At least 4GB more. It will make a night and day difference for general PC usage. For gaming, however, its a completely different story and I hope you are not looking for that.

1. Is this a OEM will need to know the model number.
2. If this is a DIY system will need to know the Motherboard model.
3. Power supply.. will need to know model and size.
4. Budget how much are you willing to spend?

Speccy will tell you the Motherboard info but the power supply you will have to open the case and let us know.

I noticed one more thing. Your windows 10 is shown as 32 bit. I hope that is not true. If yes, then you need to reinstall windows and selecting the 64 bit option this time. 32 bit OS dont address more than 4GB of system RAM (including VRAM). So, if you upgrade your RAM, you will need to reinstall windows 64 bit. You dont need to purchase a separate license for it.

To double check right click on "this PC", click properties. You will see here whether the windows 10 is 32 bit or 64. I didn't even know that they still make 32 bit operating systems!

My Windows 10 is just a free upgrade from my windows 7
i did search if i can upgrade 32 to 64 bit
When i check to Windows key + I> System> about> under system type its say 32-bit operating system,64-based processor.
But when i search system information in the system type i see "x86-based PC"
So can i upgrade to 64-bit? so i can add more 4GB or RAM.
