Your motherboard is compatible with that video card. It depends more on your powersupply. You will need to have 400watt or better powersupply and it will need to have a 6-pin PCIe connector.

I have a 750W PSU, but I'm not sure if it has a 6-ping PCIe connector. Where would this connector be located?
