Think i broke my GPU while overclocking

was getting 39 fps on heaven benchmark, added +300mhz onto the memory clock now i get about 5 and i have reset the settings back to normal but it doesnt go back to normal, have i broken my GPU?
Specs
Pentium G4560
MSI Gaming x 1050 ti
8GB DDR4 2400mhz

Probably not its over clocking settings in you bios go into the bios hammer the delete key before it boots go to system restore default settings you might have to select your default boot device the one with windows on it but then should be fine and normal.
