RTO's via "ping" - correct?

Some servers are configured not to respond. And remember that the path to the server(s) is always changing. Even in the same session.

Try running "tracert" and "pathping" via the command prompt.

As you have done, continue to target Google's website and/or the gaming sites' IP addresses.

Could be that the problem is with your ISP provider or somewhere even further along.

Feel free to post the tracert and pathping results.

First of all thanks for replying

i already try other computer with the same connection and it work very well. so i think it is not server problem or my ISP problem . can you tell me how to tracert.

my problem disappear rn , i will try tracert when my problem comes again.

This is my tracerT result when my connection is stable : https://imgur.com/a/ncBcb
