if its possible

Solution
Looks like it's possible. Supports "reference and non-reference designs" and supports 1060.
As per: https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-g12-white

That being said though, spending ~$200 on this makes zero sense.

You have the mini version of the 1060 (single fan). If you *needed* the single fan variant to fit in your case, a 280mm AIO wouldn't fit...

So, if you have room for a larger card, selling your existing 1060 should net you about $200 based on past sales.

Then, you could opt for a better cooling solution.....

eBay would charge you ~10% for the sale of your existing 1060, so $180 net sale on that.
You'd end up "in the hole" to the tune of about $100 (rather than $200 for the AIO + mounting).

Realistically, if you're prepared to spend $200 on an AIO + mounting, you could take the $180 net + $200 you're prepared to spend..... and be in 1070 territory!

All that being said, assuming your 1060 is at 100% load when those temps are recorded...... those aren't too bad.... and a custom fan profile may help a bit.

Solution
GTX1060 is not a hot card.
Such cards routinely boost performance until a target temperature is reached; 80c seems common.

What is the make/model of your case and cpu cooler?
If you take the case covers off does that change anything?
If it does, I would first check out your case cooling.
Any cooler, be it cpu or graphics needs a source of fresh air to do its job.
