I recently built a ryzen 1700x PC and I do a lot of video editing but everytime I want to render effects or export my video it shuts down randomly. Here is my build:

Ryzen 7 1700x
Wraith Spire (CPU cooler)
Corsair 500 watts PSU
MSI GTX 1060 6GB 9Gpbs
2 x 8GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
2TB Hard drive
180GB SSD

I think its the CPU cooler, CPU or the PSU.
CPU is a wraith spire which is the stock CPU cooler for the 1700.

The CPU goes to 100% "nodes" and is 60 to 70 degrees

The PSU is only 500 watts and it is Bronzes.

Solution
The 1700x doesn't come with a cooler, so the wraith spire isn't enough for it.

Also very possible your PSU is garbage and dies when the CPU starts drawing too much power.

You'll want to disable automatic restarting:

So you can see what error codes it comes up with, if any. If it's shutting down it's a temp or power issue though.

Then you'll want to enable crash dumps:

And get a reader for them so you can see what it's saying is crashing it:

But again, if it's shutting down without generating a dump...

I have done the test it this was the result. I was exporting the video. And the blue screen of death reported no crashes, but my monitor turn black for 2 seconds and it said Adobe premiere pro stopped working and i close the app. But the weird thing was that my cpu was at 3.4 ghz and was 100% usage and the ghz went from 3.4 to 3.3ghz then 2.3ghz once Adobe premiere pro stopped working.
