For a $500 gaming pc I would recommend
intel pentium g4560
8 gb ram 2133
any b250 motherboard
1tb 7200rpm
gtx 1050
500w psu
and windows 10 via kinguin.com
good starter keyboard is Cooler master devastator 3 for $30
