My PC keeps on restarting when playing games in 1080p. High settings. I've tried 1600x900 res, still high settings, and my pc is NOT restarting anymore. I've tried memory diagnostics, uninstalling MSI gaming app (suggested on other forums) but when on 1080p, it's still restarting. I've been on 1600x900 res for 2days now and PC did not have any more errors. I've been checking my temp constantly when gaming. CPU in high 30's and GPU in low 60's.

Update : I've tried another PSU but still the same. PC just crashes and restart every time I load up a game. Also, every time windows boots up, the windows start up sound is kind of like lagging. Would a clean install of OS fix this?
