When I play PUBG my game will freeze at random times for 2-3 seconds about 40 times a game. I realized when I look at task manager when the freeze happens my CPU usage goes to about 12% from 90% and my GPU usage goes to about 1% from 99% and my WIFI goes from using a lot to just about none. Also my disk then goes to 100% from like 10%. This all happens at the same time and for about 2-3 seconds repeatedly during the game. My PC also makes weird sounds has the freeze happens. I really need help I have been trouble shooting for about a month and have tried most fixes on this website but none seem to work.
These are my specs-

CPU- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500T 2.70GHz
GPU- NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM- 16.0 GB
DISK- TOSHIBA DT01ACA100
WIFI- Linksys AE3000
SYSTEM- 64 bit
POWER SUPPLY- Turbolink (Switching type)
MODEl- ATX-XG500W 12V

Uhh $200-500 USD? Way more than you need, a good PSU starts at like $40, and goes up to about $70.
If it's CAD or AUD, ehh it's not too much more, shouldn't break $200 I doubt.
Here's some solid replacements, depending on region:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($52.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $52.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I chose these models because cheaper ones can well, not be good.
