I'm not sure what to do. I'm releasing the clamp on the right side (the left side is fixed) but the RAM stick does not move. I thought it should be pushed upwards and then be easily removable but I can't make it move at all after releasing the clamp.

I'm using Kingston PC-3-10600 DDR3 on an Asus P7P55 LX motherboard.

I tried pulling it but it would not move in any direction. The problem is only a few millimeters are above the slot. Since I don't want to touch the faces with my fingers, I really don't have a good grip on the stick. Are they too fragile for me to use pliers to try and get them out?

Nevermind, I managed to get it out with gloves and some force. Thanks for your help!
