Title pretty much describes it. I am looking to do 1080p 60fps (if I have to resort to 30fps it's fine) gaming streams. Going with either 1060 6GB or 1070Ti as my GPU. Also, thought I should mention that I use OBS.

Solution
An i7820x is a beast and it’s far better than a ryzen 1600-1600x. It has 2 more cores and 4 more threads than the 1600x for better multitasking. Honestly, the 7820x would be better compared to a ryzen 1800x. Even then, though, the 7820x shadows the ryzen chip. As for a GPU. If you have the money from spending $550 on a 7820x, definitely go with a 1070ti, the added 2GB of DDR5 VRAM over the 6GB 1060 will help you out in the long run. And the 1070ti is so close to a 1080. Just slightly cheaper, I definitely recommend it. If you don’t have the money for a 1070ti though, the 1060 will work just fine. I can’t imagine anything less than 60fps in 1080p with either choices. IMHO though a 7820x is a little overkill and you could easily save some...

Ok, thanks for advice but just wondering would it would it be possible to get by with the R5 1600 and a GTX 1060? Is it worth the extra money for the other options? I don't do things like editing or whatever "intense" crap those pros do.

Yeah, without a doubt. A 1060 is solid at 1080p high-ultra settings @60fps.And if you’re into high FPS you can always drop your settings down a little bit to get better performance.

Yeah, I don't really care as long as the details are medium-high. Just to save some cash for games, I think I will get the 1600 and the 1060. Thanks for all the help!
