cpu fan help

i bought intel i5 6600 and the fan that came with it is a push pin but the cpu fan that is in it now is a screw in fan can someone please help me can i change the push pins or take the screw holes out or do i need to buy a new fan for it if so can someone recommend me one

im not a computer person i dont want to take out the mother board and risk breaking it

its a i3 cpu cooler

It doesn't matter. The compatibility is not related to the CPU model. All 115x CPU coolers are compatible.

You'd install it the same way it was on the i3 CPU. The socket size is the same. I'd recommend though using a local pc shop for replacing the CPU, since no experience in the field.
