560 4gb and 16gb gigs of ram at i think 2400mhz. i want to upgrade the graphics to an rx 580 8gb and the ram to 32 gb. both just for futureproofing. but i'm not sure can i upgrade this system. in my country this pc costs 1200€. and i would like the ram speed to be the same 2400mhz that the pre installed 16gb of ram is.

You won't see any performance difference at all upgrading RAM.

As for the GPU, I do NOT see anything about the PSU. So, based on the fact that companies like Lenovo only put just enough to power that system, a GPU upgrade is not feasible without also upgrading the PSU.

If you can afford to upgrade both your PSU and GPU at the same time, then it is most likely possible.
