I DID have the PC overclocked. The CPU to 3.9ghz and the Memory to 3200mhz. I forget the voltages, but temps were fine. Never had the system crash or PC turn off by itself. I played for about 3 hours last night, went to bed, got up this morning came and turned the PC on and it turned off by itself after about 5 seconds.

I get to BIOS screen the it shuts off. So I pressed the Reset cmos button on the back of the motherboard and upon reboot I got the desktop. Checked temps and they're way higher than when the computer was overclocked. It is now default as far as I know so Im not sure why temps are so high.

So this time I took out the battery on the motherboard and reset the jumper. Waited about 10 mins then turned back on. Same result, I get the Desktop and check temps. Super high and when I try and launch a game it shuts off again.

As DRagor said it is probably the pump that died or is not seated correctly.
Since you can get to desktop then download Speedfan and check at what rpm the pump is at. If it is at zero then pump is dead. If the rpm below the maximum rated then it is not working correctly. If the pump is at full rpm then it probably was not seated correctly so you have to put it in place again.
