Is there any chance, I could have damaged my pc by overclocking on a garbage psu?

First of all, my build:
Fx 6300@ stock
ASrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0
corsair vs550

A couple weeks ago I started overclocking my cpu. I easily reached 4.1 Ghz on 1.3v without my temps getting too hot, despite not having a very beefy cooler (Arctic Freezer 7). A few days ago I read about how awful my PSU was and that nobody should every attempt any overclocking on it. I decided to order a Seasonic s12ii 620w, which according to multiple reviews should be pretty good. My question is, is there any chance that cheap capacitors damaged my system during the time my cpu was overclocked. One week ago my pc randomly bluescreened while playing CS:GO, first I thought it was because of low voltage but now I realized what the actual problem is. Thanks in advance! Cheers :)

Solution
If something was damaged you would know.
You shouldnt OC on a low end PSU because they can fail, its not like its causing unseen damage, it just has a higher probability of failing.

Like mentioned previously, my PC randomly crashed while playing cs, which Im 99% sure was because of my PSU. Could the crash itself have caused any damage to my system?
