Check your temps. You system may be overheating. If the temps are fine then the motherboard or the PSU may be failing which is a common issue in old and outdated PCs. Please post your complete system specs in order to get more accurate advice.
I checked the temp before. They are normal. The "thing" is when I playing games like NFS ProStreet, even NFS Payback, my PC it doesn't restart itself at all!! I had Windows 7 before as my daily OS. I didn't have that kind of problem then before.

Yes this could also be caused by a buggy driver but old machines usually suffer from failing hardware issues. As I said before please post your complete system specs if you want to get more precise advise on what to do or test.
