I feel asleep for an hour with my computer idling, when I come back the computer is unresponsive. In task manager I can see that the disk usage is 100%. I've restarted, updated and cleaned the drive. I have also disabled Window search and superfetch. Looking in SMART, Reallocated sectors: 2, Pending sector count: 208. The usage is back to normal currently, however it goes up to 100% just using chrome etc. Also, right clicking the desktop will freeze the computer, before it looks like the desktop refreshes and I'm back to where i was before right clicking. I don't really understand where to go from here and any help is appreciated.

That pending sector count tells me that the drive is likely failing.
Backup all your data ASAP. Then run the drive manufacturer testing tool on the drive, which will very likely fail. Then RMA the drive if still under warranty.
