I need help PLEASE I reset my Dell 530 inspiron back to factory setting .It seems to be OK as it pulls up all the help Items shows the clock with correct time,and shows Desk top with icons ===but I cannot connect to the Internet,everything I try it tells me to connect to the Internet as I am off line! the Dell was made in 2008 so I had to use a little device from NetGear to plug in to the PC to get the Internet before I put it back to Factory setting and it worked ,but now it will not work.Does anyone have any advise to help,I am 78 yrs young and
