No POST, 3 beeps on new build.

Hi all, so I recently built a computer with the following parts:
AMD Ryzen 1500X
MSI B350 Tomahawk Plus
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb
EVGA 600B
Crucial Ballistix sport 8gb ddr4 - 2666 RAM
2tb seagate HDD

All of the fans and lights on the case, motherboard and graphics card works but when I start it up, it doesn't boot. No POST, no display, and three beeps and then continues to run. I have eliminated faulty RAM because I tested my stick on a friends computer and it was fine. I also tried resetting it multiple times in all of the slots. I have also tried resetting the graphics card too. Quite certain I have all of the proper psu cords on motherboard and graphics card. Right now I have the motherboard, cpu, ram, and psu out of case for testing. Lights and fan comes on, 3 beeps (64k memory failure) and no POST or display. Could my problem possibly be with my motherboard? The cpu is set correctly and if it was faulty it would have a different beep code right? Help PLEASE!

Have a look at this thread.

I have confirmed/tried everything on that checklist. I reseated the cpu and fan, and am breadboard testing now with mobo, cpu, ram and gpu. I did notice that every time I kept reinstalling the ram, on side was popping out a little bit. With that put right, now everything is turning on but no post AND no beeps now. I have tried HDMI on gpu and mobo, VGA on mobo, and DVI on mobo. I corrected one mistake but it now seems that I have another problem. Anyone have any idea?
