A) That PSU is not good at all. Time to change it to a better one, preferably to at least an 80+ bronze certified from a reputed manufacturer

B) If you still have that 210, try to use it for a couple of days and see if the problem still exists. Swapping graphics cards should not ideally have any impact on the system boots, but I am really suspicious about that PSU.

That PSU will always have erratic behavior. Sometimes, it will work fine and other times, it won't. Worst case scenario, it will take all your components down with it. It is possible that it has caused some damage to one of your components already and it is just a co incidence that the symptom occured after...

PSUs are very expensive in India. I hate to do this, but you can probably get by with this one. Its much much better than intex, circle etc. but not the best. The lowest PSU I would buy is for around 6000 which is a seasonic S12II on amazon.in. But maybe you will get by using this Antec one.

And, you can use your PC for any number of days, not just 25. Its just that, it has already started giving you issues, so if I were in your place, I would change the PSU before powering it on again. Also, understand that your issues might still be there after getting this PSU because the damage is already done. But this PSU will at least not cause any further damage. :)
