Positive Air Flow?

I want to have 3 fans at the front as intakes and 2 at the back/top as exahusts. However, will 3 at the front and 1 at the back be fine?

If you have a top slot, it will be worth it to use it for exhaust in addition to the back one. Reason is that the hot air rises and will most conveniently be out from the top and will result in reduced temps.

Positive air pressure is good. It helps to prevent dust entering from all the cracks in the case.
Intake fans are most important. For exhaust even 1 fan usually is enough.

More intake than exhaust is the best, and moving front to back. So, 3 n 2 or 3 n 1 are both good airflows. Personally I'd go 3 n 2 for extra exhaust. But it isn't needed.

Yes totally.
Even better 1 large intake fan (like 140mm or 200mm) + smaller 120mm exhaust fan.
