i7 6800k with water cooling
CPU-Z reads the core speed at 1199mhz when at idle. It'll jump up to 3300mhz for literally a second and then go back down.
temps are normal
load is normal
why is the clock speed fluctuating ?
DOES this has something to do with Intel speed technology ?
even at idle ? i mean isnt the clock speed TOO high for background processes ? (1199 to 3000mhz ? ) is this kind of clock speed normal ?
