Intel Haswell Processor Reference & validation board

I have a board as the the caption said. But I cannot make it boot up. It showes "EC02" on the digital led. which I believe it is Error Code 02.
I cannot find any information about this board. who can help me, thanks!!!

i don't see a model number for the mobo in all those pics. the white stickers are usually a part number but those turned up nothing as well.

where does this board come from? part of a pre-built pc? what model number is that pc?

There are some printing under the board near the CPU: Intel Confidential HASWELL PROCESSOR LPT-H CHIPSET REFERENCE & VALIDATION BOARD etc

I think this is a haswell mobile development and verification platform in ATX design.

i have no idea how to track down a manual for this board, which is what you need to check the error code.

i'm not turning up anything in any searches i have tried. you may be out of luck unless you can backtrack where the board came from and see if they have a manual for it. i'm not even sure how one would end up with such a board in personal inventory.

I pulled the battery, and cleared the CMOS. now there are no error code in the digital LED. it just shows "0000".

The CPU fan is rotating and Power GOOD signal is fired. but still get nothing to display on my screen. any help are greatly appreciated.
