Will I run into problems if i put a q6600 in 230W power supply. (If yes will I be able to OC)
Current Specs:
1. Intel® Pentium® Processor E5300 @ 3.63 *OCed
2. NVIDIA GeForce GT9400 @ 760Mhz Core Clock and 469Mhz Memory Clock *OCed
3. 2X2GB RAM
4. 250GB HDD

Thanks in advance!

Solution
you're pushing it too much for sure. stock speeds might (and it's a big might) be ok but trying to overclock everything on such a low powered psu (it is likely not even truly 230w on the 12v rail) is asking for failure. the q6600 is 105w cpu at stock speed!! overclocking it will easily hit 150w by itself.

get a new psu or run things at stock speeds and hope the psu is good enough for even that.
