PSU weird noise?

I just recently upgraded my cpu from a Ryzen 5 1400 to a ryzen 7 1700x, my gpu is a gtx 1060 6GB. I also changed my cpu cooler to a noctua NH-D9L, however I noticed when I put a load on the pc for example I load into a game it starts to make a buzzing noise, and instantly leaves when I go back I tot the menu, my power supply is a EVGA 500w 80+ bronze and it did not do this before when I had the ryzen 1400, and I'm worried that this is more than coil whine?

And just making sure, i might not be able to get a new psu for a while (a month max) do you think that the noise mean it can damage my components or no? sorry just a v worried gamer lol
