Upgraded cpu now new or old won't boot up computer

I have a hpz400 that just upgraded the CPU from a w3520 to a x5687 now the computer won't boot any video what so ever even with the old CPU i tried the one stick of RAM method the resetting coms the one monitor .the taking the battery apart and nothing
 
Solution
Just a thought as I have done this before myself. Check to make sure you haven't bent any of the pins on the actual CPU socket. I did it on an old 775 socket board and got similar symptoms to as what you are describing.
