Maybe because Minecraft has fairly low system requirements but none of them have a discrete graphics card. So none of them are designed for gaming.

Gaming laptops cost more than gaming desktops.
Expect to pay around $650 for a low end gaming laptop.
Also, the 14" screen will typically cost MORE because it's not the mass produced 15.5"

You could probably pickup an iPad (which can play mincraft and other games) for much less.
