Yes, it's compatible, but we can do better! I had a look around for you, take a look and see the following notes:

- Whatever you do, do not buy that PSU! For the price of the suggested one below there's no need and it is MUCH better quality. So worth putting in the rebate.

- A better CPU Cooler for <$10. Cooler and quieter than that Thermaltake, and note that will cost you $25 in shipping.. You could have something WAY better for that much money, or put it to more important parts.

- Pretty good picks on the CPU and Motherboard, can't find anything better for the price.
