There is some website i can't access and there's some i can access like this site (Tomshardware Forum - Im using my notebook just to post this here) I tried a simple steps how to fix it like clean boot or flush dns can somebody help me how to fix it?

Check that your pc has the correct time and date on it. It is one of the reasons why some sites won't work.

I checked my time and its working correctly the same with my notebook, and ill give some update about my problem,
I think the only website that i can access is to type (https://) then type the websites name and then i can access that website for now, but if i dont type https:// i cant access the site. :( like this, even wikihow. i tried removing the https and then its been loading for 2-4 mins. dunno why

Update 2, I can't even access my router now with my pc.........
