Would this be a decent build?

CPU is garbage. No decent CPU upgrades on that motherboard either (the best performing CPU on that socket is still outperformed by intels cheapest modern pentium).
Price is actually $475 with the GPU, 8GB ram and 1tb hdd.
Power supply is probably crap.
Rest of components are nothing special.
Warranty is probably not long.
Lastly it is overpriced.

You could get this Dell Optiplex w/ i7 3770 + Win 10 + 8GB ram + 500GB HDD for $305: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIABYS67V2240&cm_re=dell_optiplex-_-9SIABYS67V2240-_-Product

And add a GTX 1050 for a total of $420: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sc4NnQ/evga-geforce-gtx-1050-2gb-acx-20-video-card-02g-p4-6150-kr
Or GTX 1050ti for a total of $465...

Yea, I saw that from some of the research I did. Although I'm very new to pc gaming. So would you say this is okay for gaming?

Not too sure, but for me it looks pretty good, though my personal opinion would be wary about the price (though my opinion's probably severely biased)

EDIT: I'll do a bit more research see what I can bring up.

Estimable
That PC will be OK in lighter games like league and starcraft (1 or 2) and Counter strike. They picked those games in the description because those are the games of games precisely that this kind of system can run: Lighter games that natually are higher FPS as they aren't hard on the CPU/GPU.

If you try to play something like GTA5, PUBG, or Battlefield you aren't going to get anywhere near 60FPS with a 1050. Anything like the witcher 3 on max settings and you will get destroyed.

Make sure that the system you are buying INCLUDES the graphics card when you buy it so you don't end up with integrated graphics when it arrives. I really don't like how the title says 1050GTX and then lists it as optional in the description. Really don't like that.

Ah ok! Thanks for the help! I'm kind of on a 500 dollar budget and these are the only ones I've found. If you could help that would be great! But thanks again I mostly just wanna play Overwatch and Destiny 2 at an acceptable resolution since I'm stuck with a terrible laptop

Thanks for the help! Is there a way I could get someone to install the GPU and will it arrive before Christmas?

You buy a APU for the excellent integrated graphics.
But, there are no real good upgrades, particularly for a gamer.
If you install a superior discrete graphics card, you will have thrown away the big advantage of the APU.
Then, you are left with a relatively weak cpu. Most games depend on only a few fast cores.

Bottom line.....
What you get with a APU is what you will live with forever.

Unless you want a friend to install it... It is really simple to install a GPU, and not much can go wrong. It's just opening the case, inserting graphics card in the blue slot, and put the side panel back on the case. Couple minute job.

Ohhh ok, thanks! That makes me feel a bit more better about installing it. I'm very new to this thing and I don't want to spend all this money just to mess something up lol. I'll definitely go with this choice then. If it will be able to play Destiny 2 on at least mid to high graphic settings? Oh and is it uprgradeable?

Upgrading:
- CPU: No real upgrades on the socket. Though the CPU will last years without a needed upgrade.
- RAM: There will be 2x4GB of ram preinstalled. Two more 4GB sticks can be added for a total of 16GB.
- GPU: Unfortunately, the preinstalled PSU includes no PCIe cables, meaning the GTX 1050ti is the most power full (as of now) card compatible with that PSU as it doesn't need PCIe connectors.
- HDD: You can add another hard drive or SSD as Sata 3.0
- PSU: Can upgrade to a standard ATX form factor PSU. Doing so will allow for a better GPU.
(Source), and video demonstrating PSU & GPU upgrade

There aren't many ways to stuff up when upgrading the GPU. Just make sure the computer is turned off and unplugged, you touch metal beforehand to remove static, and don't go vigorously rubbing your feet on carpet while touching the parts.

Performance
As for performance in Destiny 2, the GTX 1050 should perform an average of 61FPS with minimum of 45FPS, while the GTX 1050ti performs an average of 67FPS with a minimum of 52FPS. This is using 1080p, High quality, SMAA/HDAO. (source)

Once again, thanks for all your help! This is exactly what I needed, especially since it will last a few years.

Just in case if you don't want to mess anything up, if you're forcing something in and it's not going in it's probably not supposed to go in that way

That GPU is great. I have a RX 460, And it runs Great. I can get 60fps @ 720p High-Ultra in many games. (Cities Skylines, ATS, ETS2, Train simulator 2010), and some games at 60fps @ 1080p High-Ultra, (Minecraft, My summer car, and some others that I can't remember the name. :D
