Corsair Vengeance Led Red or Blue 16Gb (2x8) 3200mhz CL16 - DDR4

and

Corsair Vengeance Lpx 3200mhz 16Gb (2x8) 3200mhz CL16 - DDR4


are compatible With motherboard Asus Z370 Prime-A and i7 8700K?

Yes, either of those should work fine with that motherboard. Just don't mix both together. Whatever amount of RAM you need, get it all at once in a set. Don't buy two separate 8gb modules. Always buy them in a set like you have listed. Modules that don't come together in a set like that, even if they have IDENTICAL part numbers, have no guarantee of working well together or at all.
