Hello there,
I wanted to know weather a Phemon II B55 Stock bottle neck a gtx 1050ti 720p and 1080p gaming? if so will overclocking help?
Thanks

Solution
Even a Core i5 750 from 2008 blows the doors off of that chip. You'd be bottle necked hard with it and buying a cooler that would let you overclock it would be worth more than a CPU that would be faster than it. You are better to start over with something like Ryzen 3.

Another consideration would be how much system RAM you have. My GTX1050Ti "shares" 3.7 GB RAM according to Windows experience page. That leaves about 4GB for the OS of 8GB total RAM. In Unigine Valley it's an issue. A 2GB GTX1050 might be a safer choice if you don't have 12GB RAM. I'm running a Q9505S. It's not the just the CPU, it's the RAM issue also.

I'm using a gtx 1050ti 4 GB with 8 GB ram i used to use 12 GB before but I saw no difference in gaming performance. I could barely clock 60 FPS low settings 720p Fallout 4
