Pagefile gets really high

When I start up my PC, ram usage is 2.5k and pagefile is around 2.5k as well (MSI AFTERBURNER STATS). My startups are already running and everything. I start up my CSGO and it goes to around 5-5.5k. As I continue to use my PC, the page file gets as high as 6-7k and page file is maxing at 7k. With the same programs running. Could it be possibly overheating or I don't have enough RAM? Possible faulty ram? Let me know!

Hardware doesn't have much to do with the page file operation. That's strictly a windows function. I don't see any problem with the page file being that size, but if it bothers you then go into the advanced settings in the control panel "System" applet and manually set the paging file size to a maximum that equals whatever you want.

I would suggest not going less than 2048mb. For Windows 7, I used to generally run a 4096mb minimum and maximum so it wasn't constantly writing to the page file.

The thing is that when I do suffer high pagefile and high ram usage, my computer has slight freezes. I've realized they've been maxing out when I suffer for a complete white screen. When I have the white screen, I always have to manually restart. I have changed the pagefile to about 11k area and it maxed out when I was playing csgo keeping in mind having only the regular start ups as well open. So I really don't know what to do.
