Just finished building pc but every time I boot I get no bios or beep

I just finished building my new pc
The specs:
Asus z270e gaming
EVGA thx 1070 FTW2
Hyper x 8gb ram
WD 1tb storage
Corsair H100i V2

Every time I turn the pc on nothing beeps or nothing posts on my monitor and the bios never showed up every thing also lights on but my motherboard has a like an orange light on it every time I turn it on any suggestions on how to fix this

make sure the mb is sitting on 8/9 standoffs if not it may be shorting to the case. if it on the standoffs check that the io shield on right and not shorting the mb out. check all the cables see if you missed a pin or row. check that the reset button is not stuck in. if there no post pull the case fans off the mb if there still no post try posting the mb out of the case if you can if not see if someone has a test power supply.
