There is a constant red light on my "Soniq 42" integrated HD Plasma"and when i press the power button it flashes 5 times and goes back to how it was. PLEASE HELP!
When power is pushed, there is no audio or visual. HELP!!

The flashing light indicates a short circuit inside the power supply circuitry most time it a failed cap. pull power from the tv..flip it over and look for any melted cap or parts on the main boards. if not use the service part number on the parts to see the cost of a new power board.
