Yesterday i got some errors during startup (file record segement is unreadable) so i googled it and found out that this error is related to hard disk.
Note : Before this error my sister accidentally turned the power off during the windows startup process...maybe that could be the problem?

So I run a test using a tool called HD Tune and got this results.

so what i cant understand is that is my drive failing or not.
I ran a few games Crysis, Company of Heroes , Dawn of War 2 etc and there is no lag ...videos / movies are also working fine , Windows Booting time is also fine as always.

Yeah, it seems like it is falling. I would get a New HDD and a HDD cloning software and/or also make a System backup and install windows on the New HDD. The windows key will work from you buid. When installed, pop in the backup and boot from it and restore form it in the setting. Hope this helps

(edit) Did you try to repair it.
Somting you could also do is make regular back ups to a CD or USB and get a new HDD when it is completely dead.

I can’t say for sure how long the HDD will last, But it does sound like it is starting to fail if sections of the HDD can’t be loaded. I would Try Formatting the HDD and reinstalling windows and seeing if It is still getting errors. Another thing to check is if it is making any weird noises. That is a big issue if it is.

Also, a good HDD replacement would be a 1tb 7200 rpm Western Digital HDD
