Does Resident evil 7 can be run at high graphics with gtx 1050 2gb vram i5 7th gen ?

Yes it can. You have to customize some settings though, especially the ones that control lights and shadows. (dynamic shadows, shadow cache etc)

I agree. As stated already you should be able to run at high settings at a decent framerate if you make changes to GFX effects manually.

i recently played on my gtx950. i had to turn some down though. 1080p and all high is not attainable. at first i cranked everything to highest and it was a slideshow, a mix of low and medium and smooth gameplay. but with a 1050 you may do better.
