So I just got home from a trip and my PC was acting weird like some of my games said there was corrupted data and they needed to do a file scan. So I decided to do a chkdsk on my hard drive. So I did and I used the following commands "chkdsk /x /r /f" This was on my SSD drive that has everything on it windows included. So during the chkdsk my power went out. When it came back on. My PC was saying "restart and select a proper boot device". So I went and checked the BIOs to see if my hard drive was showing up in their and it doesn't. Took off my panel and tried unplugging the sata cord and the power cord to my SSD too see if that would change anything and it didn't, But I do feel the disk spinning on the SSD. So I installed windows on my other hard drive and now I'm here and lost.

Solution
SSD (Solid State Drive) has no moving parts. There should be no vibrations. Try another sata port or an external HDD dock to see if the system will detect it in either case. That should help determine if the drive got killed by the power outage.
If cable works then not much you can do I think. It's certainly wired behavior but if bios does not show it then its hard to do anything with it. Open the case and sniff it. burned electronics have very distinct smell, check for black spots and swelling cappacitors.
