Im looking into getting sma gaming/editing/streaming PC. This will be my my first PC and I want to build it. I want to get 4k 60fps on games like GTA 5, Arma 3, PUBG, and other Triple A games. I dont really have a budget but I can start a $3500, Im wiling to go up if I have to. Please help me

what kind of video editing? 1080p,2k,4k? usage % among gaming/editing/streaming ? 3500 will be more than enough. Any specific reason to do 4k 60 FPS? 2k 100+ FPS will be better gaming experience for those FPS games. Guess you need monitor too? Any other peripherals?

If your 4k editing is very little, I will downgrade to I7-8700k Z370 MB combo. How much do you do 4k editing? small sata ssd is for OS and games, 1tb nvme is for material, 2 tb hdd is for raid backup.

PSU is overkill... I am running a Corsair 850W HX PSU that'll power a 7700K and sli 1080ti... 1000W is complete overkill.

edit: Also, why suggest the ASUS STRIX 1080ti when you have a ASROCK mobo picked out? The only reason to go witht he ASUS STRIX 1080ti is for a color/brand scheme.

@OP: I'd suggest going with what I just built but more ram, m2 pci-e ssd, and you'll come under 3,500 USD if you shop at micro center.

Normally I will just ignore your nonsense, but for your knowledge.
1. 850 for 7700k and 1080ti rig and you are telling me I overkill, LMAO

2. You think your 4 core uses same power as 16 core CPU? Really? And With overclocking?

3. Asus gpu can only pair with Asus motherboard? Really? By your logic, who will buy evga gpu? There is no evga motherboard! Theme is the last thing you need to care about, capability is most important.

4. 4 core for 4k editing is much worse than 16 core threadripper, period.
