What are the best way to make my internet low ping in other server locations?

Should I upgrade to an expensive and costful montly pay or idk ask people here for what is best?

Currently my Ping is 8-10 ms, download speed is near 7.9-9.9 MBPS which my plan was 8 mbps and my upload speed is 1-1.2 mbps.

Any solutions and no excuses that its impossible because twitch steamers can twitch multiplayer gameplays without high ping or packet loss and jitters which mine does that when I play in different location or use obs when I twitch which makes it very high ping.

And also I don't have ADSL but cable/fibre connected by a dsl (straight and cross but mine is cross) connecting the box looking thing that connects 2 PCs and has Wifi and is powered with electricity when plugged into another outlet to an outlet that connects to my electricity. The brand is sky. That means I'm Fibre and this is my payment plan the ₱1,599 monthly fee at http://www.mysky.com.ph/onesky

cable modem, weird box thingy that has this options that isn't pressable "power, DS down, US up (probably download and upload speed)", Online, 1 and 2 that has 3 oblongs shaped like a triangle LAN, and Wifi and its logo, and its a black wire with a large nutted bolt on the backside of the box and the wire connects to an outpost and runs with eletricity.

that fine and all but i was asking if your device is using a wired ethernetr cannection to your cable modem or you are using wireless. if wired is it connected directly to the modem or do you have it running through a powerline adapter?

everything is wired to get internet in my pc so its wired but for wifi (for mobile devices and laptops) it is wireless and my PC cannot acess wifi so my PC is wired. and its powered by an power adapter

Let me repeat it in order and thanks for telling the word "Power adapter" My Internet runs by a long black wire connected to an outpost that is boltted in place in a weird box then uses a power adapter (its outlet has a giant black shell) then connects to the black box that has a sky logo then an internet wire is connected to get internet in my pc.

is it your wired connection going through any adapters or it is just a straight connection from the modem to your PC

Best thing is if you are streaming get a higher upload speed or lower the quality/increase the compression, if all of your bandwidth is being used by the streaming services then your game is going to starve and have little bandwidth causing spikes in latency. To reduce latency move closer to the servers

I changed it to crossover because the straight one is too long and the box is near my pc so I picked the sligtly short wire crossover.
