just upgraded my system to i7-8700k z-370-a and 16gb ddr4 3200ghz ram keeping my msi 1070 armor.
I DIDN'T format. problem is that i only use the rift for gaming and i have huge issues. i have 25fps in oculus games where i used to have 90fps. ofcourse same goes for my heavy basic games performance headroom is -100%. it's like i never upgraded or even worse. any ideas? should i format?
