Cursor jumping across screen.

My cursor will randomly fly across the screen. It doesn't click anything, and I've tried disabling the touchpad, all mice, and touchscreen at the same time, but it still does that. It's a lenovo s510p touch.

This is pretty much always the touchpad getting hit, but in your case you also have a touch screen. You have both disabled though, there is really no other reason the cursor will be moving unless one of those has not been disabled. Did you contact Lenovo support?
