Hi everyone I was wondering if the Corsair Hydro Series H80i v2 Extreme would keep my new i5 8600k cool at over clocked speeds.

Solution
I used that case in my son's XMAS build , very good case tons of room.

Pay attention to your case first.
ANY cooler needs a source of fresh air to do its job.
As a minimum, I would want to see two 120mm front intake fans.
Two 140mm is very good.

I am not hot for "bling" and the rgb craze.

If your case can support a 160mm air cooler, the very best would be the noctua NH-D15s. I suppose you could replace the excellent noctua fan if you wanted.
There are other good coolers with 140mm fans like Phanteks

Mild OC would be fine , it's not a high performance cooler.
You're wrong bro h80i v2 keeps my 8600k oc to 4.7ghz all core all day long and temps never exceeded 59°c also at 5.3ghz its take my cpu at 82°c some cores sits at 79° and 80°c
