So here is a link to the specs of my PC https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03349236 . I was wondering if I should upgrade this PC by buying an RX 570 and an appropriate PSU (and what PSU do you guys recommend me that I should buy) or just save up some money and buy a new one altogether?
Should I invest in upgrading my PC or just buy a new one all together?

no i would save up for newer ryzen or newer intel cpu chips that drop next year. your mb is so old that using any of the newer no apu cpu that can fit it are a waste of money. your better off building the new pc and donating the working old pc for a tax gift write off.

I would build on a new platform , don't invest in the outdated pre-built.

That system has an A6 in it? Time for something better. A 570 is worth more than that entire computer. If you want to game, do NOT spend money on an APU. They are underpowered CPUs when it comes to gaming.
