I just recently got a new EVGA GTX 1050 ti 4GB and when I play Paladins the cpu usage is between 60-100% (Fluctuate), my gpu is always on 30-40%. Is this the result of bottlenecking? I can always get 150 FPS which is the max and I play with maximum settings. Lowering the settings doesn't do anything. My cpu idle temp is 40-50 degrees if that helps
